Women’s Health + Fitness Group
I run an online “Beautifully Balanced” Women’s Lifestyle Coaching Group to help women who are struggling to either lose weight, gain more energy , get back on track with their health and learn how to love their body and be their BEST SELF!
These groups are geared towards women who want to either transition into the vegetarian vegan diet OR simply want to include more vegan plant based recipes into their current diet.
In this group (which is all women) everyone commits to participating in an online group held on FaceBook.
you can share, inspire, encourage, support and cheer each other on! make new friendships and have support while transitioning into your new LIFESTYLE!
I will be checking into the group daily, I will be there for you to help you achieve your goals. (which we will talk about before you join)
I will check in with you once weekly through email besides the daily check-in in our group!
Everyone in the group commits to doing a home based Beachbody workout program of their choice as well as drinking Shakeology daily to ensure they get maximum results! It is your daily dose of superfoods! Vegan Chocolate Shakeology is kinda my thang!

Whether you are wanting to lose weight , gain energy or increase confidence…your nutrition and what you put in your body plays a HUGE part in your success but a key factor in sticking to a new eating plan is understanding balance, moderation, creating new habits AND loving yourself and that is where the fitness and positive environment comes into play! Those two components keep your mind in a healthier state which in turn helps you to make better Nutrition choices
Most people fail when they try to restrict their diet or become too obsessive with what they eat (I have been there) I want to help you understand that one “cheat” does not make you un-healthy… just like one “healthy” meal will not help you lose weight and be healthy…
it is about a LIFESTYLE SHIFT and treating your body with respect and not looking for a quick fix but rather a healthy lifestyle shift!
I like to focus on eating an abundance of healthy plant based foods MOST of the time and “other” foods in moderation and smaller portions.
