If you don’t know what a positive affirmation is then let me start by telling ya!
It’s a daily sentence or quote or word that you tell yourself, something positive, inspirational, motivating… something that will lift your confidence and self-esteem!
An example would be: “I am a beautiful, confident woman and I am capable of doing AMAZING things”
Not only is it important for you to say it to yourself (and to others) but it’s important that you choose to BELIEVE it!
If you believe these things about yourself you will start to radiate a glow to yourself of confidence and an amazing energy of positivity and it will start to show on the outside as well as the inside.
Researches have concluded that it can have positive effects on your short-term and long-term health! So really if just changing our thoughts to be more positive can have a positive affect on us then why don’t we just do it? It doesn’t cost money and it really doesn’t take that much energy or time either to just speak positively to ourselves!
My challenge to you is to commit to doing this for 30 days every single day and see how you feel at the end of the 30 days!
I can tell you though, you won’t stop after those 30 days, it will be a new and very positive step into a healthier and happier you!
